Rapattoni recently moved to tracking all tickets in the Zendesk software platform, replacing the Idea Lab as our central resource for tracking Rapattoni MLS enhancement requests.

To submit an enhancement request, please feel free to call us and chat about it at 866-730-7116, email us at MLSStaffSupport@Rapattoni.com with as much information as you can provide, or log onto your Zendesk account at https://rapattonicorporation.zendesk.com/ to submit requests and manage tickets.
